Wow, truly this man IS a marketing genius. He has mastered ALL the cunning methods of manipulation including "reverse psychology". ("I bet you won't dare post this message..."). I have certainly never seen such degree of subtlety used on an internet forum or blog before. Having you considered giving advice to NLP proponents?

1) Firstly how do we know none of those sites or links are affiliated to you? Your word? And we would trust this because... ? Those links go to unsolicited products. How could this possibly NOT be considered are marketing.
2) If information is solicited or connected with what you are reading then I consider that fair enough. If it is entirely UNsolicited then I fail to see how you not spot the difference. Are you saying you followed my tweets out of fascination for the (I think at the time) TWO tweets I had actually written at the point? Wow you sure follow people easily.
You see judging by your tweeting history AND the majority of other people following me, most people follow solely through some form of marketing reason. Which is pretty pathetic. I think you should try to remember why YOU followed ME in the first place and then consider whether your responses are rather disingenuous.
3) How do I know you are not an author? I don't. However based on the fact that most people who claim to be authors on the internet are by NO criteria most people would accept, genuinely authors, then I will for the moment label you as one of the usual claimants. Feel free to demonstrate otherwise and link to your book(s). As they say in the world of skepticism... "Evidence?"

And calling a complete stranger on the internet "bitter" and "small" really advances your point hugely (although I'm still not clear what your point actually was.)
On out blog we sometimes use the juvenilia of language and subjects to make a point.
Your post was juvenile because... ?

The only issues I (and most people with an IG over 17) have with the sales and marketing industry is that it is mostly unsolicited, mostly ineffective and is an industry filled with utter rubbish, bogus claims, and faux-experts.

I'm sorry if you don't like my message of "The emperor has no clothes"

Perhaps calling me some other names will help you feel better about your chosen career. It certainly does you and your industry proud.
Who knows, maybe you address all of these points thoroughly in one of your many books.

Thank you for mentioning my twitter profile. A few truths:
1. Not one of those tweets links to an article, or page in anyway associated with me, my business, or any one associated with me. How can that be marketing? And if it was why does that make someone a test?
2. They are all information links to other peoples information - isn't that what you do when blogging?
3. How do you know I am not an author?

I am sorry that you chose to take offence at this. It is obvious you have issues around sales. Don't spend your life being a bitter small person. Move on.

I obviously don't expect you to pass this onto your blog but you might prove me wrong.
Thank you.

Mindaugas Piecaitis is not a real name. I believe it to be an inflammation of the interior surface of the eyeball.
And Starship Troopers rocks. It just does.
I've already had to deal with someone at work today claiming Alien is better than Aliens. I don't know why people can't just simply love any film in which large groups of uniformed people shoot massive guns at huge quantities of insectoid creatures that burst ichor and goo. Why?
